Anyone out there keeps a diary?? You can had the traditional method by writing it in a book & keep it somewhere safe OR technological way by writing a private ‘blog’ and keep all thoughts there.
Either one, it something everyone should have (in my opinion).

Good to all ACCA related for this friday’s progress test of TWO papers in a day AGAIN(for some).
This is what happen when there’s 10 days, ops, i mean 9 days to Progress test 2. Everything seems to pass quickly and I am just sitting on the tree looking at how it grow as minutes turn to hours to days and weeks comes months. still the tree continues to grow & nourish itself till…
The question is do i wish to sit on the tree & watch it grow or study, input knowledge & grow with the tree? Studying shouldn’t be force or reluctant ‘event’, but a desire from beneath my heart & within me. Making knowledge as a means to LIVE, a POWER i wish to possess or a EMPIRE i live to RULE. That, my friend is call KNOWLEDGE.
Sadly, that is not what’s happening…for me/ to me/ with me/ on me/ in me. It’s just difficult though i know it should. ‘Studying’ should be like two hands wide open welcoming us into it arms & feel warm & secure & wish not to leave it but to stay with it & treasure it time after time.
well, enough of my thoughts. it’s just more lines of no-sense-making-sentences. haha.
i am so planning to get a new phone beginning of next year or most probably after 16 February (Dec 2008 exam results will be out by then).
Why am i getting the new phone?
- It’s not because my current reliable W850i is spoilt
- since i am into PROFESSIONAL level in ACCA, i should reward myself with something
- it’s touchscreen with handphone keypad
- i have enough ringgits to buy?
- getting closer to the advance technology?
oh well, the more i think, the more i am looking into Blueberry or PDA phones.
For now, only time will tell.
How do you like the new look? i might be testing a few, depending on my ‘feel’.
Oh ya, those who wishes to know about the password to protected post. Don’t be shy to ask. it’s for friends & family only. Strangers, well, can read the unprotected one (duh!).
From Wikipedia,
Before we compare the colour Pink & Purple, let’s us 1st understand the difference between Spectral colour & non-spectral.
1. A spectral color is a color that is evoked by a single wavelength of light in the visible spectrum.
2. Traditional colors include: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet.
3. The first division was by Newton, in his color wheel, and he used Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet
4. not spectral colours are:
- Grayscale colors, such as White, Silver, Gray, and Black
- Any color obtained by mixing a grayscale color and a spectral color, such as brown – mixture of yellow and black obtained contrast.
- Purple (similarly, magenta), which is a mixture of Blue and red
In other words, Purple & Pink are non-spectral (in accounting term, it’s call bi-product).
How to differentiate these two colours?
Pink by definition is a pale red colour. A combination of white & red.
Purple, however, is a general term for the range of shades of colour between blue & red. OR in color theory, a ‘purple’ is defined as any non-spectral color between violet & red.
| Shades of violet | |||||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amethyst | Eggplant | Fuchsia | Han purple | Heliotrope | Indigo | Lavender (floral) | Lavender | Lilac | Mauve |
| Periwinkle | Persian indigo | Purple | Thistle | Violet | Wisteria | ||||
| Shades of pink | |||||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amaranth | Amaranth pink | Brink pink | Carmine pink | Carnation pink | Cerise | Cerise pink | Cherry blossom pink | Coral pink | Dark pink |
| Deep carmine pink | Deep pink | French rose | Fuchsia | Fuchsia pink | Hollywood Cerise | Hot magenta | Hot pink | Japanese pink | Lavender pink |
| Lavender rose | Light thulian pink | Magenta | Medium pink | Mountbatten pink | Persian pink | Persian rose | Pink | Puce | Rose |
| Rose pink | Salmon pink | Shocking pink | Tea rose | Thulian pink | Ultra pink | ||||
so, in layman’s term, if the colour (in your opinion) has a little blue added in it, then it’s purple! if there isn’t any blue, it’s pink??
heard of it?
well then, let me speak no more & show you about it. http://plurk.com/redeemByURL?from_uid=3141904&check=-1484725146&s=1
there you go. have fun.

Yours truly,
